KODAK Disc Transporter
PRODUCT Description and Specifications
Whether you are using a KODAK PCD Writer to archive your own computer
files or to produce multiple CDs for distribution, the KODAK Disc Transporter
can bring a new level of productivity and flexibility to your operation.
Productivity because your highly skilled computer operators do
not have to spend time on the routine task of writing CDs.
Flexibility because the KODAK Disc Transporter is capable of
unattended operation, so you can write discs when it best fits your work
flow.
Here's how it works. The Disk Transporter automatically selects a disc
from the input stack magazine and places it in the open drawer of a companion
KODAK PCD Writer. When the disc writing operation is completed, it is moved
to the output stack magazine and another blank disc is automatically loaded
for a continuous production flow.
The KODAK Disc Transporter comes with the standard mechanical interface
for the KODAK PCD Writer 600. An optional interface kit for other KODAK
PCD Writers is also available.
