The Rimage Perfect Image® CD Printer is the revolutionary product that prints high-resolution text and graphics directly onto the surface of CD-R or CD-ROM media.

Standard Media, Lower Costs

The Perfect Image® CD Printer prints directly on the surface of standard CD-R or CD-ROM media without affecting the integrity of your data. Most CD-R media manufactures offer low cost media specifically optimized for thermal transfer printing. Consumable costs per printed CD-R with the Perfect Image® CD Printer are 2¢ on average with a 10¢ maximum, compared to dollars with ink jet printers.

Fast and Efficient Printing On-Demand

The Perfect Image® CD Printer uses Rimage's exclusive thermal transfer technology with exceptional accuracy and flexibility. The low-cost thermal transfer ribbon has the capacity for up to 1500 fully printed CDs. When printing less than a full CD, the unique ribbon saver feature increases the number of CDs you can print with each ribbon.

Flexible High Resolution Print

The print resolution is a crisp 300 dpi assuring you the laser quality type and graphics you need for a professional looking CD. Furthermore, the print will not fade or wash off, and requires no drying time. You have the flexibility to print anywhere on the disc with precise accuracy and print multiple copies of the same image automatically.

Prints a Variety of Custom Images

Using the Windows-based editor software, you can quickly and easily create and print custom CDs. Use any of your windows-installed True Type™ fonts; get creative with radius type; import specific graphics, scanned images, or logos; or design a special graphic right in the software. The Perfect Image® CD Printer will print your custom design, including grayscale graphics and custom serialization, from any PC compatible computer. Many popular bar codes can be printed as well. You can also print directly from Windows-based word processing and graphics programs!
